Make mental health care accessible for all

Too many people go without the mental health care they deserve because of cost or lack of access. We’re changing that by providing high-quality, affordable therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Your support helps us expand our services, train new therapists, and reach more people in need. Every dollar goes directly to funding life-changing mental health care.

Changing the stats, changing lives

50

of people who need mental health support never seek help, often due to financial or logistical challenges.

20

of adults in the U.S. report symptoms of anxiety or depression, yet many face barriers like cost, stigma, or lack of access to care.

36

of young adults (18-25) experience mental illness—the highest of any age group. Yet, only 46.7% receive treatment, making them the least likely to get the care they need.

Our impact

In just the past three years, we've provided over 10,000 therapy sessions to more than 750 community members seeking support. Through our commitment to accessible care and your support, we've waived over $1.1 million in fees, removing financial barriers for those who need help the most.

These numbers reflect more than just services delivered—they represent real people finding support, resilience, and hope when it mattered most.

“You really listened to what I needed. My last therapist was nice, but you made me feel like I was progressing—like I could feel better.

-Droste Client

“Through my decades long relationship as a volunteer therapist and as a clinical supervisor, Droste has always represented a setting where welcome, healing, compassion and warmth are consistently offered.”

-Robert Tobing, Therapist

“My initial reason for seeking a therapist was to cope with a loss. Shortly after beginning sessions, however, I realized how powerful therapy can be not only for dealing with grief but also as a tool for personal growth and improving my overall well-being.”
