Here to support you in navigating life’s challenges, we have therapists with expertise in depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, life transitions, career changes, parenting skills, school stress, and more.

Who we are
We are a nonprofit organization seeking to make therapy affordable and accessible. We set service fees based on a sliding scale. Our team includes trained social workers, psychologists, and mental health counselors who have a variety of backgrounds and therapeutic approaches including a holistic understanding of the mind/body connection. We are dedicated to helping each person find healing and empowering resilience.
What we do
We provide mental health services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy. We recognize healing is not linear, and work with each person to identify and work towards unique therapeutic goals.
Who we serve
We welcome all people regardless of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or economic circumstances. We have therapists skilled in working with people across the age range including children as young as five years old.
We believe mental health care is an important part of the human experience. We are here to support you on your journey.
Insurance & fees
We are not currently accepting insurance at this time, but will work with you based off of a sliding scale for payment and if your insurance accepts out-of-network providers, how to submit out-of-network insurance claims. Contact us to find out what your fee would be.
In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located in midtown Manhattan. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – if you are a New York state resident, we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.
